Postpartum Recovery Course in English (Rückbildungskurs auf Englisch)

 Through targeted postpartum exercises and gentle yoga practices, we build awareness of the pelvic floor and core while supporting strength, stability, and mobility. Breathing and relaxation techniques help you slow down and recharge.

 This course offers dedicated time to tune into your body, understand its needs better, and strengthen your connection with it.

It takes place without babies, giving you focused time for yourself and your practice. The earliest start is 4–6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 6–8 weeks after a cesarean section. The course must be completed by the 9th month post partum at the latest. 

Monday course 8 lessons 

Course units: 8 x Mon. 11:00 am - 12:15 pm 

Duration/unit: 75 Min.
